The Financial Times reports on a summit meeting amid "fraying ties between Pyongyang and Washington"

  • South Korean president Moon Jae-in will travel to Pyongyang for a summit meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un
  • Meeting will be held in September
  • Date not yet finalised

Adds the FT:

  • Many western experts see ... evidence that Pyongyang is not sincere about denuclearisation talks and merely wishes to bog the US down in arduous diplomacy
