The 7-day incidence rate keeps on the high side at 167.6
A bit of a lower count today but it still belies the underlying situation across the country as the spread of infections appear to be rather high still. Total active cases ease slightly to ~297,600 but we'll see how the trend goes in the days/weeks ahead.
In terms of vaccinations, a little over 7% of the entire German population have been fully vaccinated i.e. two doses as of 25 April.
Medical capacity remains stretched with there being 5,122 (+69) virus patients requiring intensive care as of yesterday with there being 3,150 (13%) intensive care beds available, with RKI noting that not all regions were part of the reporting.
