Solid beat for GM:
- Ford US light vehicle sales -2.8% vs -3.2% estimated
- Nissan Jan US auto sales +1.6% vs -1.7% exp
- Fiat Chrysler sales up 6.9% compared to -0.1% expected
Overall, sales were upbeat in the month. The Chrysler numbers first looked like it would be a blockbuster month but it the others lowered it to 'solid'.
