- Expect banks to reopen by end of next week if deal with creditors agreed Sunday

- Greek banks will need recapitalization of about 10-14b euros even if deal agreed with creditors
It's bizarre that Tsipras is pretty much taking what the Eurogroup offered on June 26. All he's done is sabotage his own banking industry.
