Greek PM: No bailout needed

The Greek PM is speaking before parliament saying that no bailout is needed but what is needed is a period of calm to implement reforms. Greece is not asking for money, he says. Talk of a euro exit scenario is ridiculous. The EU must show it can fend off speculators with strong weapon in its arsenal.

Also on the tape, Merkel says aid for Greece can only be discussed as a last resort in case of imminent insolvency. The IMF needs to be discussed further, she says.
