Don't you hate it on the weekend when all your favourite soap operas are not on the telly? Well, never mind, there's always the Europe / Greece negotiations.
From the wires ... here's where we are at:
Reuters: Greece continues talks on aid, deal unlikely on Sunday: sources
"Brussels Group talks will continue today, in the evening. Although we don't expect a deal today we are very close," a Greek government official said on condition of anonymity.
Another source close to the talks said the major issues holding up a deal remained. It was not immediately clear if the talks would continue in Brussels on Monday.
Reuters again: Greek PM Tsipras says Greece not intransigent, urges EU leaders to reach deal
"If we have not reached an agreement with our partners, it's not because of our intransigence or incomprehensible positions from the Greek side," Tsipras said in a column published on French daily Le Monde's website on Sunday.
"It is rather because of the obsession of some institutional representatives who insist on unreasonable solutions and are being indifferent to the democratic result of recent Greek elections," he wrote, adding European and international institutions were ready to be flexible.
And, the latest, via Bloomberg: Greece Pins Hopes on Merkel as Talks Yield Little Progress
Greece's hopes of sealing an accord with its creditors by the end of May dimmed on Sunday, as disagreements between the two sides on budget targets persisted, a person familiar with the matter said.
With technical talks yielding no breakthrough, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is seeking the intervention of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande. The three leaders held a "constructive" call on Sunday on the next steps, a German government official said.
