Heads up: BOE governor Mark Carney to speak in parliament later in the day

Carney will be attending a hearing of the Treasury Committee on Brexit

His appearance is scheduled for 0915 GMT as the Treasury Committee will be having a hearing on the Brexit withdrawal agreement. Carney will also be joined by BOE deputy governors Ben Broadbent, Jon Cunliffe, and Sam Woods.

I wouldn't expect much comments on monetary policies here as Carney will likely sidestep that since Brexit uncertainty is still forcing the BOE to keep their cards close to the chest. If anything, we may hear more on Brexit deal/no-deal implications towards the economy I reckon.
