Villeroy and Lane are on the agenda
Here's what the schedule looks like:
0800 GMT - ECB governing council member Villeroy speaks in Paris
Villeroy will delivering remarks at at event on payment security. As such, I wouldn't expect anything of note to come from his speech here.
1015 GMT - ECB governing council member Villeroy speaks in Paris
Villeroy will follow that up by delivering the closing discussion at the Europlace conference for about 15 minutes. The event mainly revolves around sustainable and inclusive finance, so once again I wouldn't expect much from Villeroy today.
1415 GMT - ECB chief economist Philip Lane Twitter Q&A session
I reckon this session normally runs up to an hour and they're also open for everyone and anyone to ask questions. You can check the announcement here for details if you want to participate but as for the session itself, we could hear some things about monetary policy so just be aware of that.
I'll be back with another post on Fed speakers later today.
