There is a bit in it about political shenanigans (and between the lines about lobby group ownership of policitians), but its also an interesting look at how prices went up by a factor of 100 under a combination of conditions in a local electricity market.

I am actually working on a disruptive business related to this - using wind power to generate electricity in your own home, to free people from the power of big electricity! All I need to do is to figure how to get the price of a key input (baked beans) lower and I'm good to go.
