How are you going to trade the FOMC?

The FOMC comes 4 trading days after the ECB decision last week when more was delivered but a comment here and there, ended up reversing the trading bias and sending the the EURUSD racing higher.

How do you see the FOMC decision today, and more importantly, do you anticipate trading before, during or after the event? Or do you expect to sit this one out? What pairs have your interest?
