Scheauble says IMF won't be involved in next payment
German Finance Minister Schaeuble told the president of Germany's parliament in a letter that the IMF will not be involved in the first tranche of a fresh Greek bailout planned for August.
Germany set out the extremely harsh terms for Greece but now it might be stuck paying the bill.
