When the EUR/USD hit its trend low so far around 1.3270, the spread between Greek and German bonds was just over 310 basis points. The spread has widened to over 470 basis points but the EUR/USD has failed to make a new low.
Either the EUR/USD has a lot of catching up to do or, if the spread starts to tighten, the EUR/USD will rally hard.
