Coveney adds that level playing field, fisheries are still outstanding issues
As a reminder, Brexit negotiations will resume again this week with EU chief negotiator, Michel Barnier, is back in London to try and work towards an agreement.
With the key deadline being 31 December, both sides need to reach a deal some time around mid-November to allow time for the agreement to be ratified. Tick tock, tick tock.
