ISM comments following the manufacturing PMI
- Shouldn't make too much of one month changes
- Need to wait and see and continue to watch jobs

I'm calling cobblers on his "one month" claim. From the breakdown list I put on the data post it may show employment as a 1 month trend but that ignores the one from September that showed employment had been slipping for 5 months
