Borghi is the head of the budget committee
They are scheduled to meet tomorrow according to Di Maio earlier. But this already shows where discussions are to be heading when they take place.
After the elections, Di Maio made a pledge that his economic plan was to "keep budget deficit at 1.5%". The outgoing party in-charge at the time (PD) had a 2018 forecast of 1.6% of GDP for the budget deficit.
