JAPAN DATA: The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry downgraded
its view on Japanese industrial production slightly by saying it “has
weakened” as output posted the fifth straight month-on-month decline in
October, down 1.8% vs. -1.6% in September. Last month METI said,
“Industrial Production appears to be weakened.”
