Taro Aso points the finger at China

Japanese Minister of Finance Taro Aso sounds like he's running scared of Donald Trump. He was asked about Japan's trade surplus with the US and said "it's much different than before."

He touted that Japanese companies employ 800,000 Americans.

To top it off, he pointed the finger at China and noted that about 50% of the US trade deficit is with China. Smooth.
