It's a Chinese holiday again today, stock markets are closed.
Chinese shares have been the driver of much price movement in Asia in recent weeks, so we can expect another relatively subdued session today.
On the eco data front ... well ... not much at all, but we do have a Federal Reserve speaker.

0130GMT - Japan - July Labor Cash Earnings. Not usually an immediate forex market mover
- expected is +2.0% y/y, prior was -2.4%
And ... that's it until Europe come in (German Factory Orders for July due at 0600GMT
Of course, the big event on the market data horizon is the August NFP.
