Macron's party gets majority by itself - latest count has it at 291 seats

Reuters with the latest official counting from the French Interior Ministry

Macrons's party La Republique En Marche appears it will be able to govern by itself (without a coalition partner)

• Interior Ministry says most votes have now been counted
• And its looks like Macron will have 291 seats

Earlier projections had Macron a big winner anyway, with a total for Macrons's party La Republique En Marche combined with ally Mouvement Démocrate around between 355 and 365 seats.
