There have been no market-moving announcements over the weekend and all of the major pairings are unchanged from their NY closing levels. Cable was again the big mover on Friday and it fell to touch its 100-day MA for the first time since April (I’ll post a technical briefing a little later); EUR/USD refuses to generate any bearish momentum and keeps bouncing back with some heavy speculative buying of the EUR crosses now being added into the mix; USD/JPY is trying hard to form a base at 90.10/20 but I remain unconvinced; the AUD/USD and the NZD/USD are starting to look a little tired at lofty levels but like the EUR, they aren’t falling very far just yet.

Good luck today.
