• Manufacturing PMI 53.8 vs 55.0 expected
• Prior manufacturing index was 54.6
• Composite index 54.6 vs 55.2 prior

The numbers were on the soft side but they're still solidly in expansionary territory. This survey has diverged a bit from some other US economic data, which has been very strong.
