More China comments on trade talks - China to import more ag products from US

Xinhua (Chinese state media) with more:

• China will expand imports of US services
• Will expand import of US agriculture, energy products
• China and US agree to promote fair trade balance
• US to improve cooperation on IPR protection

That last one … ???

Intellectual property is an issue, but I didn't thikn US cooperation was the nub of it.
