Reuters report on a Nikkei headline crossing now. But the Nikkei headline was a good few hours ago: Japan mulls 1 trillion yen war chest for stimulus

“Mulls” … they’re thinkin’ about it.

The next sales tax hike (if it proceeds, but I think it will) is due in October 2015. So, plenty of time to mull.
