GBP second strongest
The dollar weakness is helping life the major pairs. The positive sentiment is growing now and lifting US oil higher to highs of the day. PM Arden's announcement yesterday that much of NZD will be at level 1 by September helping further lift NZD. GBP outlook still bearish, just getting a lift from USD weakness.
