The Pres has his say on the Iran deal
- Iran deal today is because America negotiated
- We have stopped the spread of nuclear weapons in the Middle East region
- Because of deal international community will be able to verify that Iran cannot develop a weapon
- Pathway to nuclear weapon for Iran will be cut off under deal
- Iran will get rid of 98% of its stock pile of enriched uranium
- Iran deal is not built on trust but verification
- As Iran takes steps to implement deal it will receive relief from sanctions
- Sanctions relief will be phased in
- No deal means there would be a greater chance of war in the Middle East
The sanctions are what the market will mostly be concentrating on, particularly oil traders
