OPEC making nice now that shoe is on other foot

Six months ago, consuming nations were screaming for accommodations from OPEC. Now the shoe is on the other foot and OPEC is calling for a meeting with consuming nations. Inventories are very high, the president of OPEC says, according to Reuters, and some countries are unable to sell crude. I can only hope one of them is in South America…
