Bloomberg with the headline, citing OPEC delegates on the matter
This reaffirms the earlier report here, with Saudi Arabia and Russia ready to move things along after issuing some threats about compliance over the past few days.
As mentioned then, it would be foolish for them to risk the recovery in oil prices based on this compliance issue - which has been ongoing in all iterations of OPEC/OPEC+ deals.
According to the delegates cited, the OPEC meeting will begin at 2pm with the OPEC+ meeting set to take place right after at 4pm. I'm assuming they're referring to the local time in Vienna so that would make it 1200 and 1400 GMT respectively.
