- Mark Carney lectures at the IMF at 11 am ET
- Theresa May heads to Ottawa to meet with Justin Trudeau
- US NAFTA negotiator Lighthizer will make a speech on US goals at 11 am ET
- The ECB's Angeloni speaks at 0430 GMT but it's likely on regulation
- German opposition leader Schulz has a nationally-televised speech ahead of the Sept 24 election
- The BOC's Lane speaks at 2:30 pm ET
- Trump meets with Macron and leaders from Israel, Brazil, Colombia and Peru
