  1. Merkel and Junker are at an event from Schaeuble's 75th birthday. It's at 0400 ET.
  2. Mark Carney lectures at the IMF at 11 am ET
  3. Theresa May heads to Ottawa to meet with Justin Trudeau
  4. US NAFTA negotiator Lighthizer will make a speech on US goals at 11 am ET
  5. The ECB's Angeloni speaks at 0430 GMT but it's likely on regulation
  6. German opposition leader Schulz has a nationally-televised speech ahead of the Sept 24 election
  7. The BOC's Lane speaks at 2:30 pm ET
  8. Trump meets with Macron and leaders from Israel, Brazil, Colombia and Peru
