Some good news for Portugal as it looks to continue its recovery from the bail outs.
Given the current problems with its major bank it will be received with open arms.

It may be happening slowly but we’re seeing more and more of these jobless charts pointing in the same direction (except for Le basket case) which is good news if it can be sustained.
