Reeves amendment fails, as expected

Reeves was even more anti-May than Cooper

This result was entirely expected after Cooper-Boles failed. The vote was 290-322.

Spelman is up next, which is a softer Cooper-Boles. It states the UK will not leave the EU without a deal but it's only advisory and has no legislative force. I think it will pass and that could give the pound a bump.
