Remnants of Hurricane Ida are causing flooding across the northeast of the US

Parts of Louisiana were devastated by the wind and rains of the hurricane earlier in the week.

Heavy rain now threatens New York, the National Weather Services has issued a flash flood emergency warning for NYC.
