Oil prices are now up on the day after falling $1.50 in early trade. Copper is a similar story, now virtually unchanged after being down 4 cents a pound earlier. EUR/USD and Cable are just below their highs of the day and AUD/USD is not far from its intraday extreme at 1.3625. 1.5207 and 0.7577 respectively.
Equities are firm, having absorbed a wave of secondary stock offerings in recent days and also having bounced from support below 880 in the S&P futures this morning.
