The usual rhetoric again, similar to that of OPEC. When oil prices are higher, it's due to fundamentals and when it heads lower, it's due to speculators. Yadaa, yadaa.
Brent and WTI are almost unchanged on the day as they are currently trading at $69.87 and $64.49 respectively.
