Russia Novak: Talking of moving OPEC meeting to July 4 from end of June

Novak speaking with Saudi on how to balance oil markets

Russia's energy minister Novak is on the wires saying:

• Saudi energy minister Al-Falih held discussions on how to further balance oil markets
• He and Al-Falih discuss moving next OPEC meeting to July 4 from current end of June date

In the the WTI crude oil market today, the July contract settled at $52.59, up $.21 or 1.76% and a late day rally.

The high for the day reached $53.18. The low extended to $51.17.
