Russia plans to sell arms to Iran and Venezuela.

Russia has today announced it plans to sell military equipment to Iran and Venezuela. The head of the state arms exporter, Anatoly Isaikin, said that Russia is negotiating to sell new anti-aircraft systems to Iran, despite American objections. This is only going to lead to a further deterioration in relations between Russia and NATO (especially U.S.A), but that doesn’t seem to bother them. Infact Russia seems to be relishing taunting the West at present.
