Shelby says no agreement on TARP

Ranking minority member of the Senate Banking committee Richard Shelby of Alabama says there is no agreement on the TARP package. he has been a noted opponent of the package but has not so far tried to stand in the way of a deal. Obama and McCain are expected to speak to reporters as they leave the White House.
