The financial markets in Tokyo are taking a well-deserved 90 minute lunch break after a gruelling two-hour shift this morning. The JPY crosses have seen a bout of profit taking and I would venture to suggest that we have already seen the range limits for this session. Cable support at 1.6385 went untested and the pair is now back at 1.6410, EUR/USD couldn’t generate enough momentum to test buyers resolve around 1.4150 and the AUD/USD market is still uncomfortable being short. It should remain quiet now until Europe opens in about 3 hours.
