S&P 500 futures up 10 points
The US stock market finished flat on Friday at 2141 after falling to 2130 and then rebounding.
Today the market will head higher at the open with S&P futures up 10 points following the mega-merger of Time Warner and AT&T.
Shares of Time Warner are trading down 1% in the pre-market at $88.29. That's way below the $107.50 bid from AT&T. That's largely because regulators and/or politicians may block the deal and that it may take a year to close the deal.
