• Says it looks like the ECB has raise the ELA (sounds like he wasn't expecting that to happen)
• Is confident on reaching a serious deal on Greece
• Says Eurogroup has offered flexibility

You'll recall Greece's Storunaras saying earlier that the Greek banking system was ok but these comments could be viewed that there is or will be, and before any deal or default is announced
