ECB chief economist Stark says he’s “delighted” and not concerned that inflation has fallen significantly. He says there are clear indications that these is no risk of deflation in the eurozone now. He sees a gradual upturn in the EZ economy in 2009 and says 2010 will be stronger than 2009.
