S&P 500 turns higher
The S&P 500 has erased a loss that exceeded 30 points at the lows and is now trading 9 points higher to 1912.
It's been a wild session but the combination of the soft US dollar and higher oil prices are lifting stocks. Crude is up 8% or $2.40 per barrel to $32.30 as it hits fresh highs.
Venezuela oil minister is on the wires saying Iran is the first OPEC country to agree to meeting along with Russia. He said 6 OPEC and non-OPEC countries have agreed to meeting.
USD/JPY is up 70 pips from the lows after touching 117.06.
