The voting is less than two hours away but Sun political editor Tom Newton Dunn is saying that he's told around 30 Labour MPs will either abstain or vote against it.
It was a bit of a longshot to begin with but it's tough to say what was priced in. The pound would have liked something to take a no-deal Brexit off the table.
