TD executive sees growth slowing in Canada

Bloomberg reports that, Tim Hockey, the head of banking at the country’s second biggest bank made the comment at a conference in New York.

In Canada, if your last name is Hockey, you’re bound to climb the ranks.

Unrelated, but this is floating around today and gave me a chuckle.

Canada’s Finance Minister is also on the wires saying there are growing concerns about the capacity of the US to sustain growth while making necessary fiscal adjustments.
