Someone definitely knew about the Time Warner Cable deal
Bloomberg reports that Charter Communications is near a deal to purchase Time Warner Cable for $195/share in cash and stock, a 14% premium over Friday's closing price.
There have been many rumors since the Comcast merger fizzled but this is an awfully suspicious looking chart.
