September 27, 2016. The NZD is the strongest. The EUR is the weakest.

The scorecard is showing as NA traders enter for the day, that the NZD is the strongest currency while the EUR is the weakest.

The risky pairs like the NZD and AUD got a boost through the debate but not so much of a boost in the London morning session. Nevertherless, the early gains were enough to keep the lead into the North American session. The EUR was the weakest facing most of its weakness in the last hour or so of trading. The EURUSD and the EURGBP started to catch up with the EURAUD and EURNZD which were already being controlled by the strength in the NZD and AUD. Get it?

The USD's snapshot is showing weakness vs the NZD and AUD, is stornger against the EUR, but is little changed against the rest.

The EURUSD range is lagging once again. The commodity currencies have already had near 22 day average ranges (which may be why they ran into some profit taking).
