May is to deliver a statement to the Commons later
Do note that May isn't scheduled to make any statements in parliament later today, so this basically just adds further credence to the notion that she will be announcing that they will pull tomorrow's Brexit deal vote.
Reports are saying that she will be making an oral statement later on "Exiting the European Union".
