Things just don’t get any better for Prime Minister Gordon Brown. The latest Ipsos Mori survey shows the Tories have extended their lead over Labour to 28%. The Tories polled 52% (up 4%) with Labour unchanged at 24%. The last time the Tories polled more than 50% was in August 1988 when Maggie Thatcher was in full bloom (ahhh happy days!!!) Expect calls for Brown to resign to get even louder.
