The comments helped to send crude oil to a new session high at $69.38, but the price has dipped back down toward the $69.00 level.

Technically, the price of crude oil held the 200 hour MA yesterday on the dip (green line in the chart below). Today, the low stalled at the higher 100 hour MA (blue line currently at $68.38). Those MAs will help to define the bullish/bearish bias for the contract. Stay above is more bullish. Move below is more bearish.
