It remains unclear whether the Greek proposal includes the return of 7,2bn as well as the continuation of the IMF"
FT's Peter Spiegel makes a good point that any extension deal would need to be approved in the German Bundestag.
Other member state parliaments would have to do their bit too I assume and the clock is ticking on that
