Tsipras is standing by to hop on a plane to Brussels (wonder who's paying for that?) if a deal looks likely

"Our understanding is that the Greek proposal includes aν extension of the current program until October, a clear reference about the future of the debt and the coverage of the country's current financial needs. It remains unclear whether the Greek proposal includes the return of 7,2bn as well as the continuation of the IMF"

FT's Peter Spiegel makes a good point that any extension deal would need to be approved in the German Bundestag.

Other member state parliaments would have to do their bit too I assume and the clock is ticking on that
