It’s a risk-off day writ large but it is also an ugly day from a technical perspective for AUD/ Earlier today it broke the 61.8% retracement of its 0.9388/1.0753 October rally. The break 0.9910 this morning led to fresh sales and a rebound from oversold intraday levels faltered at the 0.9910 a short while ago.
Support is very tenuous until the 0.9735 area.
